2 month checkup

We took Zoey to the pediatrician today for her two month checkup. She weighs 11 lbs, 14 oz. She is in the normal range, but higher percentile than before. She is 22 inches long, which is around the 50th percentile. She is extremely healthy! The downside of today's visit was that she needed to get 5 shots. I had to hold her while the nurse administered the vaccines. It was difficult to watch as the first shot went in. Zoey's eyes grew very wide, and then the loud crying. She turned bright red, and it was very hard to restrain her while she was in pain, but she was over it five minutes later. I told her that these would keep her healthy in the long run, and she understood.
