First Football Game...sort of

This past weekend we took Zoey to the UNC=UW football game in Chapel Hill. A weather delay caused the game to start about 15 minutes late, and in the end, Zoey lasted until about 7 minutes into the 1st quarter. Still, I did not attend my first football game until I was 11 years old, and that was an NFL preseason game at that. Zoey beat me by a long shot!

We also took Zoey swimming at grandma and grandpa's house this weekend. She loves swimming, but instead of smiling the whole time, she gets her kicks by watching everything around her intently. Speaking of kicks, she really does well with her kicking in the pool. She just needs to work on the arms.

Zoey has now eaten bananas, avocados, sweet potatoes, and cereal. She really likes bananas. Last night she managed to get banana all over her, including down her back, and earned an early trip to the bath.

Zoey is able to push herself up on her knees (assuming that they are buried in her legs somewhere!) for short periods of time. She will undoubtedly be crawling very soon. Time to baby-proof the house!
