A great weekend!

This past weekend Jeremiah, Micah, and Savta (Marsha) came to visit!
It was a great time!!!! Zoey had so much fun taking her uncles to the Health
Adventure, the gym (free play in a gymnastics gym), Carrier Park, and swimming. We also
ate a lot of yummy food and took them to some of our favorite local places. Zoey was
so beat each morning from playing that she slept very late- I think she even slept until
8:30 Saturday morning!!!!
I hope to post some pictures from the weekend later on today.

Zoey is busy, busy, busy. Her latest thing is to answer me when I ask her where something is. She puts her hands out and has this whole conversation with me saying she doesn't know
where it is! It is really hard to write, so I better try to get it on video tape.

This morning we had several errands to run, and then we went to the library for storytime. She enjoys the songs and finger plays that we do each week and pretty soon she will be going to the 18 month old toddler storytime. Again, I can't believe how quickly time flies. It seems like just yesterday that she wasn't even sitting up yet.

We have signed up for our fall activities. Zoey will take the next Kindermusic class at the Asheville Arts Center for her age. She really enjoyed the classes she took last spring and this summer , and this class will be taught be the same instructor. We also signed up to take a class at The Little Gym. This was highly recommended by a friend, so I am really excited to see what this is all about. We will still have time for our playgroup and library story time- each week. As much as I love the easy going nature of summer, I am ready to start back into a weeky routine.

Uh-oh......... I hear someone stirring from their nap...........time to go.........
