My First Extended Time Alone With Zoey

Due to Delta's incompetence, and a lack of available seats, Zoey and I did not travel with Abbie to Wisconsin this weekend. Thus, for the first time, I took care of my daughter by myself for more than a day. It has been a lot of fun for Zoey. She attended her first class at The Little Gym, went swimming, went to the WEGA gym this morning to play, and has generally been happy as can be. She ate a monstrous dinner last night, of which I am very proud. She slept until eight today; a nice treat for Daddy! She did ask about mommy one time, and then went quickly back to playing. She should be very excited to see Abbie tonight when we pick her up from the airport. All I can think about the entire time is how much I want to provide for her, protect her, and how much I love her.
