4 moths old!

Zoey turned 4 months old last Saturday! I have posted her birthday picture on the picture blog. She had her checkup today, and everything went well. She checked in at 24 inches, putting her in roughly the 50th percentile, and weighed 15 lbs., 4 oz., putting her in the 75-80th percentile range. Think she has her father's genes at this point?? Seriously though, she is perfect! She had 4 shots, and while she definitely screamed, it was not nearly as traumatic for her or us as it was the first time. She was over it in about 2 seconds.

Zoey is beginning to teeth as well. By that I mean that she is feeling something in there, not that she is actually getting teeth yet. She is chewing on her hands quite a bit, drooling a ton, and has even put toys in her mouth, though this is much rarer at this point. She is really growing and developing well.

Of course, my favorite part of the day is when I first get home from work and she sees me. It is a smile as big as her face can take! It just makes my day right there.
