Blueberry picking
This morning Zoey and I went blueberry picking with some friends. We didn'tmanage to bring ANY home- Zoey ate or spilled all of the ones we picked beforewe could get to the car. They were yummy right off of the bush and she hada fun time.
Tuesday
Zoey had a great time at our local library story hour today. She enjoys singing the songs each week. Today she signed "more, more" and said "this" after finishing Ring A Round The Rosie- that is her new thing when she likes something. So, of course, we sang and danced again! She also got to see some of her buddies at the library! The best part of the day was eating dinner as a family and having Zoey entertain us. She has started to make silly faces and noises and then crack up. After she sees that everyone is laughing she claps. She is very proud of herself.Oh, and while I was getting dinner ready, Zoey spotted a friend in the refrigerator reflection- and then again in the oven reflection- she waved and said "hi!" and "hello!"
back in the groove
We are home and getting back into our daily lives. We had a very nice visit with family! We had an uneventful trip homeand Zoey traveled home just fine.Zoey had a well visit doctor appointment today. She isnow 30 inches long and just over 19 pounds. She is a littlepeanut. The doctor was impressed as she watched Zoey try to put her shoes back on. We also had 3 of those dreaded shots, but Zoey was more upset about having band-aids on afterthe nurse was done. She hardly cried at all!
